When will my coffee be roasted?
We roast fresh to order, always. Your beans will be roasted within 7 days of purchase—because stale coffee is a crime. Every bag is stamped with a ‘roasted on’ date, so you know exactly when your brew came to life.
Where is my coffee roasted?
In the heart of it all—Brunswick, Melbourne.

What grind size should I choose?
Pick the grind that suits your brew setup.
Moka pot? Choose Stovetop. Espresso or AeroPress? We’ve got you. Prefer to grind it yourself? Go whole bean.
All ground coffee is custom-ground to order for maximum freshness.

Where do you deliver?
Anywhere you sip—we ship worldwide.
Free shipping on all Australian orders over $35.
For anything under $35 or headed overseas, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How soon will my order be dispatched?
Once roasted, your order hits the road in 3 business days or less. You’ll get a tracking email the same afternoon it leaves our roastery—no guessing games.
📦 Orders & Modifications
Can I adjust or cancel my order?
Yes—but you’ll need to be quick. Get in touch the same business day you placed the order by emailing enquiries@ducale.com.au or calling 1300 382 253.
We need at least 24 hours’ notice before dispatch to cancel. If your beans are already roasting, we may not be able to make changes—but we’ll always try.
What should I do if my order is incorrect or hasn’t arrived?
We’ve got you. Email us at enquiries@ducale.com.au or call 1300 382 253, and we’ll chase it down or fix it fast. If it’s our mistake, we’ll ship a replacement the next business day.

Do you accept returns?
Not for change of mind—we roast just for you. But if your order’s wrong or arrives damaged, let us know within 5 business days and we’ll make it right.
