Refund policy

1. Returns Policy

a. Orders may be canceled the same business day they are placed by contacting us through the “Say hello” page. Any cancellation requests that come through the next business day may not be able to be actioned.

2. Incorrect and Defective Goods

a. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will send you a replacement the next business day after hearing from you. 

3. Change of Mind

a. We do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind.  

3. Shipping Details

a. When you place an order it is your responsibility to ensure that the details that you have provided are true and correct. If it turns out that the details are incorrect and the goods are delivered to the wrong address we cannot be held responsible.

b. When you place an order with us you are providing us with the authority to leave the goods at the location specified by you. We cannot be held responsible for the goods once they have been shipped.
