Once grouped within neighbouring Sidamo and Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia’s Guji region has quickly earned recognition in its own right for producing exceptional coffees with distinctive flavour profiles. With high elevations, steep mountainous terrain and abundant rainfall, Guji offers ideal conditions for cultivating outstanding coffee.
Naturally processed Guji coffees consistently produce some of our favourite espresso profiles - intensely sweet and layered with complex berry notes, milk chocolate and a delicate, balanced acidity.
